Wand/cane is black plastic with white tips.
Closed, the wand is about 12" long.
IMPORTANT: this cane will hold up just fine under careful use.
Strong shaking may jam the telescoping cane.
Banging the cane against a hard surface, like a wall or the floor or another person, will damage the cane.
The telescoping rod does NOT lock, so leaning on it will cause it to collapse.

Performance Ideas:

Perfect choice for weddings or proms! Not only is this one easy to use, but it quickly folds back to the size of a wand for easy and compact storage when you are finished.

Handling Tip:

Gently "break in" the wand/cane.
When you take the wand/cane out of the package, gently but firmly twist and pull the white end cap from the black part.
You'll have to experiment to see which white end comes off, so be gentle.
Once you get the white end off, gently pull the sections of the black cane so that it extends to its full length.
Gently open and close it a few times and it will operate smoothly.
